PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoacoustic measuring device with improved detection sensitivity for photoacoustic wave.SOLUTION: A photoacoustic measuring device 100 comprises: an irradiation part 20 irradiating an analyte 400 with light emitted from a light source 21； a transmission and communication part 30 in contact with and facing the analyte, transmitting the irradiation light therethrough, and communicating a photoacoustic wave generated from the analyte 400； and a vibration part 60 vibrating by receiving the photoacoustic wave travelling through the transmission and communication part 30, and made of solid. The irradiation part 20 is provided on a non-opposite surface side 30B of the transmission and communication part 30, and irradiates the analyte 400 through the transmission and communication part 30 with light. The transmission and communication part 30 includes a transmission portion 30C through which the irradiation light transmits. The vibration part 51 is in contact with the non-opposite surface 30B of the transmission and communication part 30, and is provided around and to avoid the transmission portion 30C so as not to inhibit the transmission of the irradiation light. The vibration part 50 includes a pressure sensitive element 51 sensing pressure fluctuation generated by a photoacoustic wave transmitting through the transmission and communication part 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】光音響波の検出感度が向上した光音響計測装置を提供する。【解決手段】光音響計測装置１００は、光源２１から発せられる光を被検体４００に照射する照射部２０と、被検体と対向接触して、照射光を透過するとともに被検体４００から生じた光音響波を伝達する透過伝達部３０と、透過伝達部３０を伝達する光音響波を受けて振動し、且つ固体からなる振動部６０とを備える。照射部２０は、透過伝達部３０の非対向面側３０Ｂに設けられて、透過伝達部３０を透過して被検体４００に光を照射する。透過伝達部３０は、照射光が透過する透過部位３０Ｃを有する。振動部５１は、透過伝達部３０の非対向面３０Ｂ側に接触して、照射光の透過を妨げないようにして透過部位３０Ｃを避けて周囲に設けられる。振動部５０は、透過伝達部３０を伝達する光音響波によって生じる圧力変動を感知する感圧素子５１を有する。【選択図】図１
