PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an affection of interference of a photoacoustic wave to a measurement accuracy of density of a constituent which is a measurement object included in an analyte.SOLUTION: A constituent density measurement device comprises: a light radiation part 2 for radiating light of one or more wavelengths to an analyte 10 an acoustic wave acquisition part 3 for detecting a photoacoustic wave generated in the analyte 10 by light radiation and a signal processing part 4 for deriving density of the constituent which is a measurement object included in the analyte 10 on the basis of at least one of intensity and frequency of the photoacoustic wave detected by the acoustic wave acquisition part 3.
