The invention provides the use of phosphorylation pathway-related factor, an agonist or antagonist thereof in preparing a composition for regulating the immune function of regulatory T cell. The phosphorylation pathway-related factor is selected from the proto-oncogene expression protein PIM1 and/or the coding sequence thereof. Activity of the regulatory factor of regulatory T cell is regulated and the regulatory factor is selected from FOXP3, IL-2, GITR, CTLA4 or combination thereof. The invention also provides the corresponding composition and the method for regulating regulatory T cell.La présente invention concerne lutilisation dun facteur associé à une voie de phosphorylation, un agoniste ou un antagoniste de celui-ci, dans la préparation dune composition destinée à réguler la fonction immunitaire des lymphocytes T régulateurs. Le facteur associé à une voie de phosphorylation selon linvention est choisi parmi la protéine dexpression proto-oncogène PIM1 et/ou la séquence de codage de celle-ci. Lactivité du facteur de régulation des lymphocytes T régulateurs est régulée et le facteur de régulation est choisi parmi FOXP3, IL-2, GITR, CTLA4 ou une combinaison de ceux-ci. Linvention concerne également la composition et le procédé de régulation des lymphocytes T régulateurs correspondants.
