PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide improved diclofenac formulations in which the diclofenac delivery through the skin is improved.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a percutaneous or transmucosal formulation containing at least 3% by weight of diclofenac, C2-C4 alkanol, polyhydric alcohol, diethylene glycol monoalkyl ether, and about 3 to 5% by weight of fatty alcohol. The transmucosal formulation further contains at least one among a gelling agent, anti-oxidant, and solvent, or any combination thereof. The transmucosal formulation contains about 5 to 60% by weight of the alkanol, about 1 to 30% by weight of the polyhydric alcohol, about 0.2 to 25% by weight of the diethylene glycol monoalkyl ether, about 3 to 5% by weight of the fatty alcohol, about 0.05 to 5% by weight of the gelling agent, and about 0.025 to 2.0% by weight of the anti-oxidant.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】皮膚を通したジクロフェナク送達が改良された、改良されたジクロフェナク製剤の提供。【解決手段】少なくとも３重量％のジクロフェナク、Ｃ２～Ｃ４アルカノール、多価アルコール、ジエチレングリコールのモノアルキルエーテル、および約３～５重量％の脂肪族アルコールを含む経皮または経粘膜製剤。更にゲル化剤、酸化防止剤及び溶媒のうち少なくとも１種、又はこれらの任意の組合せを含む経粘膜製剤。前記アルカノールが約５～６０重量％、前記多価アルコールが約１～３０重量％、前記ジエチレングリコールモノアルキルエーテルが約０．２～２５重量％、前記脂肪族アルコールが約３～５重量％、前記ゲル化剤が約０．０５～５重量％及び前記酸化防止剤が約０．０２５～２．０重量％含む、経粘膜製剤。【選択図】なし
