PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for dyeing, in particular, keratin fibers, such as hair, which makes it possible to achieve a desired lightening, and exhibits improved dyeing properties so that the composition can be used and applied easily, in particular, the mixture does not flow and remains locally securely at the application site.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the composition containing: i) nonionic ether of polyoxyalkylenated fatty alcohol represented by formula (I)； ii) a fatty substance； iii) optionally, a surfactant other than i)； iv) at least one direct dye and/or at least one oxidation dye； v) optionally, a basifying agent； and vi) optionally, a chemical oxidizing agent, in which the fatty substance content is at least 25 wt.% in total based on the total weight of the composition.
