PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hair restorers effective in subcutaneous blood circulation promotion and the like.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a hair restorer produced by immersing materials, such as Daucus carota, Polygoni Multiflori Radix, Hedysari radix (Hedysarum), and Lycium chinense, in pure rice Sake. The hair restorer contains 0.04 to 0.06% of Daucus carota, 0.04 to 0.06% of Polygoni Multiflori Radix, 0.03 to 0.05% of Hedysari radix (Hedysarum), 0.03 to 0.05% of Lycium chinense, and 0.78 to 0.86% of pure rice Sake with respect to the total weight. The hair restorer is produced by immersion at a ratio of Daucus carota:Polygoni Multiflori Radix:Hedysari radix (Hedysarum):Lycium chinense:pure rice Sake=3:3:2:2:45.EFFECT: Thus, it becomes possible to produce a composition effective in subcutaneous blood circulation promotion and the like, and the composition can reduce a hair loss problem by exerting extremely high hair restoration promotion effect without causing side effects, being applicable to a treatment agent for hair loss symptoms of various causes. The hair restorer has apparent effect in hair regeneration promotion, and provides an extremely large effect in the improvement of baldness of men.
