PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new structure comprising collagen for improving promotion of nerve tissue regeneration, cure and regeneration of a defective part of a soft biological tissue, or the like without using laminin or a nerve growth factor (NGF), and a member for tissue regeneration including the same.SOLUTION: The structure comprising collagen has a thin film multilocular structure and is different from a colloid form, a gel form, and a fibrous form. Therefore, when the new structure comprising collagen is used as the member for tissue regeneration, surprisingly, the promotion of regeneration, shortening of a treatment period, functional recovery, or the like of body tissues such as a nerve tissue, a subdermal tissue, a submucosal tissue, a biomembrane tissue, a fat tissue, a muscle tissue, a skin tissue, and a gingival tissue can be improved.
