PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bird repelling device, magnetic fields in which change extensively, and which, even when the bird-repelling device is installed on an apartment or a house, does not hinder daily life and is in harmony with the scenery in which houses and the like are located.SOLUTION: A transparent resin pipe 3 is supported by supports 5, 7, 5 in a floating state by the repulsive force of magnets. Spherical rolling bodies 11 having a magnet are put in the hollow part of the pipe 3. A rolling body 18 having no magnet is put between the rolling bodies 11. A stop member is attached to the pipe so that the rolling bodies 11, 18 do not excessively approach the supports 5, 7, 5 having a magnet. Since the pipe 3 is supported by the supports 5, 7, 5 in a floating state by the magnetic repulsive force, when a bird 13 such as a pigeon settles on the pipe 3, the part where the bird is settling vibrates and the vibration is transmitted to the whole of the pipe 3. In addition, the pipe 3 is slightly tilted, and therefore the rolling bodies 11, 18 start to roll toward the part where the bird 13 is settling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 磁場の変動を広い範囲に及ぼすとともに、アパートや住宅に設置しても、日常生活の妨げにならず、かつ住宅等の景観にもなじむ鳥除け装置を実現する。【解決手段】 透明な樹脂製のパイプ3が、磁石の反発力によって、浮いた状態で支持体5,7,5に支持されている。パイプ3の中空部には、磁石を有する球状の転動体11が挿入されている。転動体11の間には、磁石を有しない転動体18が介在する。磁石を有する支持体5,7,5に転動体11,18が過度に接近しないように、制止部材がパイプに取り付けられている。パイプ3が、磁気的反発力により浮いた状態で支持体5,7,5に支持されているため、鳩などの鳥13がパイプ3に止まると振動し、しかも、その振動は、パイプ3の全体に伝わる。また、パイプ3が幾分傾斜するので、鳥13が止まった部位に向かって転動体11,18が転動を開始する。【選択図】 図1
