The air blowing pipe includes a first pipe and a second pipe which extend in the same virtual line, and each of the first pipe and the second pipe is provided with a plurality of air outlet holes in a pipe longitudinal direction and supplies the wind from the air outlet holes to the plant. The air blower supplies the wind such that a direction of the wind inside the first pipe and a direction of the wind inside the second pipe are opposite directions.
