PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower device which can effectively diffuse ions to outside of the device while being made thin, and can blow air out such that a blowing-out direction from an air outlet is substantially vertical.SOLUTION: A blower device 1 includes an air intake 12 and an air outlet 14 which are provided to be open on the side of one surface 10a and adjacent to each other, an air flow passage 2 which links those air intake and air outlet to each other, an air blower 20, and an ion generation part 23 provided with an ion outlet part 24 opposite an air outlet part 22 of the air blower 20. Guide parts 16, 17 which guide air blown out of the air outlet part 22 of the air blower 20 toward the air outlet 14 are provided downstream from the air outlet part 22 of the air blower 20, the guide parts being provided such that the flow velocity, of a division flow passage 5 on the side of the ion outlet part 24, on the side of the air outlet 14 is equal to or higher than the flow velocities, of other division flow passages 6, 7, on the side of the air outlet 14.
