According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for recognizing the emotion of a first user for content to be recognized including at least one type of entity comprises the steps of: collecting the at least one type of entity by entity type； generating a first feature vector for each entity type based on the collecting result； generating a first feature vector for personal information based on general personal information of the first user and content viewing information of the first user； generating a second feature vector by merging the first feature vector for each entity type and the first feature vector for the personal information in a preset manner； and determining an emotion vector corresponding to the second feature vector by using an emotion recognizer learned based on a plurality of pieces of learning data.
