PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, though carefree and safe vegetables, fruits or the like are requested recently, harvesting is impossible actually without using agricultural chemicals in order to protect crops from insect pest, in production or the like of vegetables, fruits or the like.SOLUTION: In a cultivation method of crops, the periphery of the crops is surrounded to repel insect pests by a member through which insect pests are prevented from creeping up along vegetables or fruit trees by using a lubricant, a repellent or the like. The member is used in the cultivation method for repelling insect pests which is inexpensive and friendly to both human and nature, which is different from a conventional method in which insect pests are killed by an agent or captured and destructed by a pressure sensitive adhesive.【課題】近年、安心、安全な野菜くだもの等が求められているが、野菜、初め果樹等の生産等では、害虫から作物を守る為には、農薬を使用しなければ収穫できない現実が有る。【解決手段】本発明は、滑剤、忌避剤等を用いて害虫が野菜、果樹に這い上がる事が出来ない部材で、作物周囲を囲み寄せつけない作物の栽培方法で、従来の害虫を薬剤による殺虫、粘着剤による捕獲駆除といった方法と異なり、人にも自然にも優しい安価な害虫を寄せつけない栽培方法の部材である。【選択図】図8
