SOLUTION: The hair cosmetic comprises (A) a plant oil liquid at room temperature, (B) s hydrocarbon, (C) a silicone oil and (D) a nonionic surfactant, wherein the content of the (A) component is 30-90 mass% in the hair cosmetic and the mass ratio represented by [(A)+(C)]/(D) is 20-200.
