A hair cosmetic composition comprises an alkanolamine salt-containing anionic surfactant or glyceryl ester non-ionic surfactant and natural oil as an active ingredient. The contents of natural oil, alkanolamine salt-containing anionic surfactant and glyceryl ester non-ionic surfactant are each 0.01~10%, 1-30%, and 1-10% by weight based on the total content. The alkanolamine salt is the MIPA(monoisopropanolamine salt), DEA(diethanolamine salt), MEA(monoethanolamine salt), TIPA(triisopropanol amine salt) or TEA(triethanolaminate). The alkanolamine salt-containing anionic surfactant is the alkanolamine alkylether sulfate. The natural oil is the animal-originated oil, plant-originate oil, and mineral oil. The animal-originated oil is the squalene or phytosqualan. The plant-originated oil is the sunflower seed oil, meadowfoam seed oil, jojoba oil, coconut oil, castor oil, soybean oil, or rice brain oil.
