To provide a liquid feeding and dispersing apparatus capable of feeding a raw material uniformly in the width direction of a conveyer belt by accurately controlling acceleration and deceleration in the reversing area of liquid feeding arms.
SOLUTION: The liquid feeding and dispersing apparatus is constituted by placing the endless conveyer belt 11 in a vacuum container 10, erecting a swing shaft 23 between the upstream side of the conveyer belt 11 and the vacuum container 10 so that the base end of the swing shaft 23 is projected to the outside of the vacuum container 10, fixing the base ends of the liquid feeding arms 22 whose tips are mounted with liquid feeding nozzles 21, to the swing shaft 23, and providing the base end 23of a the swing shaft 23 with a drive source 30 for reciprocatively swinging the liquid feeding arms 22 and the liquid feeding nozzles 21 with the swing shaft 23 as a center shaft. The drive source 30 includes a motor 31 rotated in one direction a driving crank 41 fixed to a rotary shaft 32 of the motor 31 a driven crank 42 fixed to the base end 23of a the swing shaft 23 and a tie rod 43 connected to the driving crank 41 and the driven crank 42.
