SOLUTION: In an SPFS (Surface Plasmon-field enhanced Fluorescence Spectroscopy) device, a light receiving sensor is arranged so that a direction, in which an incident area of excitation light on the rear surface of a metal film 30 is deviated in an incident window 25 of the light receiving sensor with measurement of an enhancement angle, is along a direction in which change of sensitivity in the incident window 25 is made small. Even if the position of an incident spot in the incident window 25 is deviated by the measurement of the enhancement angle, a detected substance can be detected with high quantitativity. !
