The present invention relates to a disease diagnosing system by analyzing the quantity of motion of livestock comprising: an image input unit (20) which continuously receives an image of livestock (L)； a temperature measuring unit (30) which measures the temperature of the livestock (L)； a motion quantity calculating unit which extracts an image of the livestock (L) from an image (I) input to the image input unit (20), calculates displacement of individual objects (L1, L2, L3, ..., Ln-1, Ln) of the livestock (L), and calculates the quantity of motion (m1, m2, m3, ..., mn-1, mn) of the individual objects of the livestock (L)； a disease diagnosing unit (50) which determines whether there is a disease of the livestock (L) by comparing a corrected temperature (Tc) obtained by correcting the measurement temperature (Tm) measured by the temperature measuring unit (30) to a temperature changed with the quantity of motion of normal livestock (L), with a threshold temperature (Td) for diagnosing disease； and a control unit (60) which controls them.본 발명에 의하면, 가축(L)에 대한 이미지를 연속적으로 입력받기 위한 영상 입력부(20), 가축(L)의 온도를 측정하기 위한 온도 측정부(30), 영상 입력부(20)로 입력된 이미지(I)로부터 가축(L)의 이미지를 추출하여 가축(L)의 각 가축 개체(L1, L2, L3,...,Ln-1, Ln)에 대한 변위를 연산하여 가축(L)의 각 개체에 대한 운동량(m1, m2, m3,...,mn-1, mn)을 연산하기 위한 운동량 연산부(40), 온도 측정부(30)에 의하여 측정된 측정 온도(Tm)를 정상 가축(L)의 운동량에 따른 변화된 온도로 보정하여 얻어진 보정 온도(Tc)를 질병 발생 판단의 임계 온도(Td)와 비교하여 가축(L)의 질병 유무를 판별하는 질병 판별부(50)； 및 이들을 제어하기 위한 제어부(60)로 이루어지는 가축의 운동량 분석에 따른 질병 판독 시스템이 제공된다.
