The present invention relates to methods for predicting whether peptides or polypeptides comprising disease specific amino acid modifications, in particular tumor-associated neo-antigens, comprise epitopes, in particular tumor-associated neo-epitopes, which are useful for immunotherapy such as for vaccination.
