PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microneedle array that can be made to strongly adhere even to a living body region of extremely small size.SOLUTION: A microneedle array is provided in which multiple microneedles are set up on a base material while the extending direction of the microneedles is inclined to the direction vertical against the surface of the base material. The microneedle array is characterized in that multiple microneedle pairs each having one microneedle being opposed to the other microneedle are included with respect to the arrangement direction of the microneedle pair in adjacent 2-microneedles.
