The present invention relates to a method for converting food waste into feed by using malt, which converts food waste into a sweet rice drink used for the feed. Today, various methods for treating food waste are presented. However, economic problems and environmental problems such as discharging to rivers can not be solved. The method for converting food waste into feed by using malt can solve those problems, and improve the health and welfare of livestock without pollution.본 발명은 음식물 쓰레기를 사료화 하는 방법으로 인간이 먹고 마시는 식혜를 가축에 사료에 사용하기 위하여 안출된 것으로 엿기름을 이용하여 음식물 쓰레기를 식혜로 만드는 방법이다현재 수많은 방법으로 음식물 쓰레기 처리방법이 제시되고 있으나 경제적 이유와 하천 방류라는 환경문제를 해결하지 못하고 있는 실정이다본 발명은 이러한 문제들을 식혜 제조방법에 의하여 해결하고 무엇보다 공해가 없는 방법으로 가축의 건강과 복지에 효과가 있을 것이다
