Method for evaluating and prognosticating the daily emotive behavior states and psychophysiological activity of a person according to the measures of night hypersympathicotonia syndrome
The invention relates to medicine. The inventive method for evaluating and prognosticating the daily emotive behavior states and psychophysiological activity of a person according to the measures of night hypersympathicotonia syndrome consists in carrying out a daily electrocardiogram monitoring and drawing an intervalogram. Said method involves determining, on the night intervalogram, the segments the length of which is equal to or greater than 30 minutes and on which the heart rhythm variability is reduced in comparison with the mean daily characteristics on the segments of an intervalogram of the same length, thereby characterising night hypersympathicotonia syndrome and determining, during a psychological test, the correlation between the statistically significant measures of the intervalogram of the patients suffering from night hypersympathicotonia syndrome and the daily emotive behavior state and the psychophysiological activity. The daily emotive behavior states and psychophysiological activity of a person are prognosticated according to the variations of said measures in comparison with the corresponding measures of a control group.
