PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a posture holder worn and used by a worker, which is configured to reduce loads on upper arms of the worker.SOLUTION: The posture holder includes: a body section wound around the lumbar part of a worker vertical frame sections 2 extending upward along the back part of the worker lateral frame sections 4 extending laterally along the shoulder parts of the worker and arm sections 5 and 6 supported so as to vertically swing about left/right shaft cores of the lateral frame sections 4.
