PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a posture holder worn and used by a worker, capable of properly reducing a load on upper arm parts of the worker.SOLUTION: A posture holder includes: a body part 4 mounted to the back part or the shoulder parts of a worker and arm parts 5 extended forward along upper arm parts of the worker from the body part 4, and mounted to the upper arm parts of the worker. The arm part 5 can be swung up and down around a right-and-left axis of the body part 4.
