PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a posture holder worn and used by a worker, which is configured not to impose resistance on the worker when the worker moves the arms or the legs to desired positions.SOLUTION: The posture holder includes: body sections 2 and 4 to be attached to a worker and arm sections 5 and 6 to be attached to the arms or legs extending from joints of the worker close to the body sections 2 and 4.
