The present invention relates to a composite biomaterial with anti-inflammatory action, with bioactive matrix as a membrane, with a thickness of 0.5...1 mm, consisting of 100 parts of solution of colagen (type I or type III) obtained from bovine tendons and skin, by a usual enzymatic treatment, in a concentration of 0.5...1% and an average molecular mass of 400 000...500 000 15...20 parts of chitosan with a concentration of 0.5...1% and a molecular mass of 350 000...500 000, the parts being expressed by weight and 5...10 mg alpha chemotrypsin with or without the addition of 0.1...0.5% glutaraldehyde of 25% concentration as a cross-linking reticulation agent.
