599001 Disclosed is a topical composition comprising: (a) an active pharmaceutical ingredient consisting essentially of bis(2-chloroethyl)methylamine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof； and (b) an organic acid, wherein the bis-(2-chloroethyl)methylamine or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is present in an amount of about 0.001% to about 2.0% by weight of the composition； and the organic acid is present in an amount of about 1 percent to about 15 percent by weight of the composition. Also disclosed is the use of the composisiotn in the manufacture of a medicament for treating a skin disorder such as psoriasis, eczema, actinic keratosis, lupus, sarcoidosis, alopecia, cutaneous T-Cell lymphoma, i.e., mycosis fungoides, lymphoreticular neoplasia, pleural and peritoneal effusions, cutaneous B-cell lymphoma, pseudolymphomas of the skin, squamous cell carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma, bronchogenic carcinoma, malignant melanoma, lymphosarcoma, chronic lymphocytic leukaemia, polycythaemia vera, lymphomatoid papulosis, Mucha-Habberman's disease (PLEVA), and combinations thereof.
