PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide healthy tea which is effective on atopic eczema and asthma, enhances immune strength, has a beauty effect, good flavor and also good color tone, easy to drink, superior in safety and has functionality.SOLUTION: The healthy tea contains dried and roasted Crassulaceae Sedum grass (Sedum dendroideum ssp. praealtum), and is produced by: making the leaves and stems of the Crassulaceae Sedum grass (Sedum dendroideum ssp. praealtum) have a size of 2-30 mm circulating water vapor through the leaves and stems followed by drying them roasting the dried leaves and stems with far-infrared ray and admixing ordinary wild grass tea to the roasted leaves and stems.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】アトピー性湿疹や喘息に有効であるだけでなく免疫力を高め、又美容効果があり、風味、色調も良くて飲みやすく、安定性にも優れた機能性を有する健康茶を提供する【解決手段】乾燥、および焙煎したベンケイソウ科セダン草(セダンデンドロイビン)を含有し、ベンケイソウ科セダン草(セダンデンドロイビン)の、葉、茎の大きさとして2mm~30mmにして、水蒸気流通させた後、乾燥して、遠赤外線焙煎して、これに通常の野草茶を混合して、健康茶にした。【選択図】図1
