PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a root vegetable harvester suppressing abrasion of a pair of shoulder arranging belts composing a shoulder arranging device.SOLUTION: The root vegetable harvester 1 includes a pulling up and conveying device 40 pulling up and conveying a carrot 5 from a field by pinching leaf and stem part of the carrot 5, the shoulder arranging device 50 conveying the carrots 5 rearward while arranging the shoulder positions of the main roots, and a leaf and stem part cutting device 60 cutting off the leaf and stem part from main root part of the carrot 5, wherein the shoulder arranging device 50 is provided with a pair of shoulder arranging belts 51L, 51R while pinching the leaf and stem part of the carrot 5, main guide bars 54L, 54R guiding the root part of the leaf and stem part of the carrot 5 to the upstream side end of the counter part of the shoulder arranging belts 51L, 51R by contacting the bars to the shoulder part of the main root part of the carrot 5 conveyed by the pulling up and conveying device 40, and assistant guide bars 55L, 55R arranged downward of the counter part of the pair of the shoulder arranging belts 51L, 51R and contacting the bars to the shoulder part of the main root part of the carrot 5.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】肩揃え装置を構成する一対の肩揃えベルトの摩耗を抑えることが可能な根菜収穫機を提供する。【解決手段】根菜収穫機1に、ニンジン5の茎葉部を挟持することによりニンジン5を圃場から引き抜いて搬送する引き抜き搬送装置40、ニンジン5の主根部の肩の位置を揃えつつ後方に搬送する肩揃え装置50、およびニンジン5の茎葉部を主根部から切り離す茎葉切断装置60を具備し、肩揃え装置50に、ニンジン5の茎葉部を挟持しつつ搬送する一対の肩揃えベルト51L・51R、引き抜き搬送装置40により搬送されるニンジン5の主根部の肩に当接してニンジン5の茎葉部の根元部分を一対の肩揃えベルト51L・51Rの対向部の上流側端部に導く主ガイドバー54L・54R、および一対の肩揃えベルト51L・51Rの対向部の下方に配置されてニンジン5の主根部の肩に当接する副ガイドバー55L・55Rを備えた。【選択図】図5
