The present invention comprises a plurality of laser devices each emitting a treatment laser beam into an optical fiber bundle. The tube coupling module couples each laser device to each fiber to couple the treatment laser beam to the associated fiber. The controller controls the operation of the laser devices to form a laser treatment pattern at the end of the optical fiber bundle away from the laser devices by selectively turning on and off one or more laser devices.
