PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus that reduces health damage to a patient during a puncture manipulation by fluoroscopy.SOLUTION: An X-ray CT apparatus 1 includes: a table top on which a subject is placed； an X-ray tube for applying X-rays around the table top； a detector for detecting the X-rays and outputting detection signals； reconstitution means for reconstituting a CT image on the basis of the detection signals； setting means for setting an imaging range on the basis of the positions of a puncture needle and a puncture target on the CT image； mechanism control means for controlling an X-ray irradiation range which is a range in which the X-ray is applied on the basis of the imaging range； and image display means for applying X-rays and outputting the detection signals on the basis of the X-rays whose X-ray irradiation range is controlled, and causing a display device to display the CT image which is reconstituted by the reconstitution means and is in the imaging range.【課題】Ｘ線ＣＴ装置において、透視による穿刺手技中の患者への健康被害を低減すること。【解決手段】Ｘ線ＣＴ装置１において、被検体を載置する天板と、前記天板の周囲でＸ線を照射するＸ線管と、前記Ｘ線を検出して検出信号を出力する検出器と、前記検出信号に基づいてＣＴ画像を再構成する再構成手段と、前記ＣＴ画像上の穿刺針及び穿刺ターゲットの位置に基づいて撮像範囲を設定する設定手段と、前記撮像範囲に基づいて前記Ｘ線が照射される範囲であるＸ線照射範囲を制御する機構制御手段と、前記Ｘ線照射範囲が制御されたＸ線に基づいて前記Ｘ線の照射及び前記検出信号の出力を行ない、前記再構成手段によって再構成された前記撮像範囲におけるＣＴ画像を表示装置に表示させる画像表示手段と、を有する。【選択図】 図３
