PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT system capable of automatically specifying a blood vessel to be joined to an internal organ extracted on an image.SOLUTION: The X-ray CT system is provided with: an X-ray source for irradiating a subject with the X-ray an X-ray detector which is placed opposite to the X-ray source and detects the X-ray that has transmitted the object a scanner which mounts the X-ray source and the X-ray detector and rotates around the subject an image reconstruction device for reconstructing a tomographic image of the subject on the basis of a transmitted X-ray amount detected by the X-ray detector an image display device for displaying the tomographic image reconstructed by the image reconstruction device and an internal organ extracting means for extracting each internal organ on the image on the basis of luminance value of the tomographic image.
