PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorptive article whose side edges of a body part hardly touch the skin of a user and bent parts of wing parts also hardly touch the skin of the user to improve a feeling of use, when it is attached to the crotch part of underwear and is used.SOLUTION: The absorptive article 1 includes a surface sheet 2, a backside sheet 3, a vertically long body part 5 with an absorptive body 4 arranged between both the sheets, and a pair of wing parts 6, 6 extended from both side edges of the body part 5. The body part 5 includes a constricted part 7 at the position of the wing part 6. The wing part 6 is formed in such a way that a wing part forming material 62 of a separate body is used, one side edge 63 side positioned on the body part 5 of the wing part forming material 62 is fixed to a non-skin facing surface of the backside sheet 3, and the other side edge 64 side is extended more outside than the constricted part 7. The folding line 66 of the wing part 6 formed upon mounting on the underwear is placed between the side edge 512 of the constricted part 7 and the side edge 511 on a position wherein the width of the body part 5 is the largest.
