PURPOSE: A fruit juice automatic production system capable of reducing the production cost is provided to reduce the producing time for fruit juice by an integrated process. CONSTITUTION: A fruit juice automatic production system comprises the following； a washer(20) installed on a transfer conveyor(10) for washing fruits on the transfer conveyor； a crusher(30) for crushing the washed fruits； a juice extractor(40) extracting juice from the crushed fruits； a filter(50) separating the flesh and the juice of the fruit； a storage tank(70) temporarily storing the fruit juice； an extraction tank(80) transferring the fruit juice from the storage tank； a sludge tank(60) for storing fruit flesh； a stirring tank for stirring the fruit juice； and a pouch packing machine for packing the fruit juice. A sterilizer is installed in between the stirring tank and the pouch packing machine. 본 발명은 과일즙 자동생산시스템에 관한 것으로서, 특히 과일을 이송하는 이송컨베이어와； 상기 이송컨베이어상에 설치되어 이송되는 과일을 수세하는 세척기와； 상기 수세된 과일을 파쇄하는 파쇄기와； 상기 파쇄기를 통하여 미세하게 분쇄된 과일로부터 과일즙을 추출하는 착즙기와； 상기 착즙기의 착즙 과정 중에 생성되는 과육과 과일즙을 분리하는 여과기와； 상기 여과기에서 과일즙과 분리된 과육을 저장하는 슬러지탱크와； 상기 여과기로부터 분리 이송된 과일즙을 임시 저장하는 저장탱크와； 상기 저장탱크에 저장된 과일즙이 일정 수위 이상으로 저장될 때 상기 과일즙이 이송되어 저장되는 추출탱크와； 상기 추출탱크로부터 과일즙을 이송하여 이것을 교반하는 교반탱크와； 상기 교반탱크로부터 유입된 과일즙을 살균하는 살균기와； 상기 살균기에서 살균되어 이송된 과일즙을 포장하는 파우치 포장기와； 상기한 구성요소들을 제어하는 컨트롤러로 구성되어, 일관공정으로 과일즙을 자동생산할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
