CONSTITUTION: A fruit peeling machine(100) comprises the following: a suction unit installed on the upper side of a main body to fix fruit with the suction force of a suction pump(15)； a cutter unit installed on a rotating plate； a controller； a compressor(52) compressing and discharging air； an air supplying pipe(54) connecting a suction pipe(32) of the suction unit with a discharging hole of the compressor； a water supplying unit(58) supplying water for washing the suction unit； and a water supplying pipe(60).본 발명은 과일제피기에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 감이나 다른 과일의 껍질을 깎는 동안 흡입부에 쌓인 이물질을 고압의 공기와 따뜻한 물로 씻어서 배출되도록 하는 과일제피기에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면 과일의 을 제거하는 과정에서 발생되는 이물질이 흡입관을 막아서 기계의 성능이 떨어지고 고장이 발생하는 것을 막을 수 있어서 유지보수가 편리해지고 사용효율이 증대되는 효과가 있다.
