PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hairdressing composition having good setting power, and inhibiting the stickiness of hair after applying the same.SOLUTION: This hairdressing composition is characterized by at least blending waxes or an ester solid at 25°C and a hydroxypropyl-modified starch, having 0.1 to 10 mass% blending amount of the waxes or ester solid at 25°C and having the form of oil drop-in-water type emulsion.
