PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seasoning liquid set for boiled dishes capable of producing boiled dishes only by performing heating in a short time with a cooking device such as a fry pan, and a method for producing boiled dishes.SOLUTION: Provided is a seasoning liquid set for boiled dishes containing saccharide and an umami extract, a seasoning liquid for boiling used upon the boiling at the first half, and a seasoning liquid for finishing containing salt, a fermentation seasoning and a thickener and added upon the cooking in the second half, in which the salt concentration of the boiling liquid when being diluted at a dilution ratio prescribed in the catalogue of the product is 1.74%(w/w) or lower, also the whole sugar concentration of 4.2%(w/w) or higher, and the content of the thickener of the seasoning liquid for finishing is controlled in such a manner that the viscosity of the mixed seasoning liquid obtained by adding the seasoning liquid for finishing to the boiling liquid is made higher than that of the boiling liquid. The seasoning liquid for boiling is diluted with water so as to be the above salt equivalent amount and sugar concentration to be added to the ingredients, and the first half heating cooking is performed, and successively, the seasoning liquid for finishing is added, and the second-half heating cooking is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: None
