Provided are a Chorispora bungeana gene CbDREB2AL, an encoded product CbDREB2AL protein thereof, a method for preparing a plant containing the freeze-resistant and drought-tolerant gene CbDREB2AL, and an application thereof in the preparation of a freeze-resistant and drought-tolerant transgenic plant.
