The invention provides a nano-sized particle comprising a cross-linked polymer, wherein the polymer is selected from the group consisting of a polyacrylic acid homopolymer； polymethacrylic acid homopolymer； poly(alkylcyanoacrylate) polymer； a copolymer comprising at least two monomers selected from acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, hydroxyethyl acrylate, hydroxyethyl methacrylate, and alkyl cyanoacrylate/ cyanoacrylic acid monomers； carboxymethyl cellulose； alginic acid polymer, polylactic-polyglycolic acid (PLGA), and xanthan gum； and wherein said polymer is cross-linked with a metal ion. A process for preparing such particles is also provided.La présente invention concerne une particule de taille nanométrique comprenant un polymère réticulé, le polymère étant choisi dans le groupe constitué d'un homopolymère d'acide polyacrylique ； d'un homopolymère d'acide polyméthacrylique ； d'un polymère de poly (cyanoacrylate d'alkyle) ； d'un copolymère comprenant au moins deux monomères choisis parmi l'acide acrylique, l'acide méthacrylique, l'acrylate d'hydroxyéthyle, le méthacrylate d'hydroxyéthyle, et des monomètres d'alkylcyaniacrylate/d'acide cyanoacrylique ； de carboxyméthylcellulose ； d'un polymère d'acide alginique, d'un polylactique-acide polyglycolique (PLGA), et de gomme de xanthane ； et ledit polymère étant réticulé avec un ion métallique. La présente invention concerne également un procédé de préparation desdites particules.
