The present invention relates to an integrated multi-channel electrode for 12-channel electrocardiogram (ECG) measurement, and a 12-channel ECG measurement method using the same which provide an integrated multi-channel electrode having a plurality of fine electrodes on a single sheet, measure an ECG by applying the integrated multi-channel electrode to a 12-channel induction ECG measurement method, detect an ECG signal from a fine electrode which is most adequate for a location of the integrated 12-channel induction electrode among ECG signals from the plurality of fine electrodes using an S-peak and take the ECG signal as a signal measured at the location of the integrated 12-channel induction electrode, and thereby measure a more accurate 12-channel ECG signal. The 12-channel ECG measurement method using the integrated multi-channel electrode comprise: an S-peak absolute value measurement step where a calculation processing unit receives an ECG signal from each fine electrode of the integrated multi-channel electrode and measures an absolute value of an S-peak of the ECG signal; a corresponding induction electrode setting step where the calculation processing unit sorts the S-peak absolute values outputted in the S-peak absolute value measurement step in order of size and sets a fine electrode having the second largest S-peak absolute value as a corresponding induction electrode; and an ECG signal output step where the calculation processing unit outputs an ECG signal from the corresponding induction electrode set in the corresponding induction electrode setting step as an ECG signal of the corresponding induction electrode.본 발명은, 하나의 시트상에 다수의 세부 전극이 설치된 일체형 다중전극을 구비하며, 일체형 다중전극을 12유도 심전도 검출방법에 적용하여 심전도를 검출하되, 일체형 다중전극내 각 세부 전극에서 검출된 심전도신호 중에서 해당 12유도 전극위치에 보다 적합한 심전도신호를 S 피크를 이용하여 검출하여, 이를 해당 12유도 전극위치에서 검출된 신호로서 적용하도록 함으로써, 보다 정확한 12채널 심전도 신호를 검출할 수 있는, 12채널 심전도 측정을 위한 일체형 다중전극 및 이를 이용하여 12채널 심전도 검출방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 하나의 시트상에 다수의 세부전극이 설치된 일체형 다중전극으로, 12채널 유도
