PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, on production of makeup cosmetics such as a lipstick, an oily foundation and an eye shadow, a pasty premix coloring agent is frequently used, but this one is pasty, thus has strong spinnability, and operations of weighing and preparation work on color matching on production of cosmetics have been difficult.SOLUTION: Each premix coloring material is obtained under the above conditions and is achieved by the following means: (1) a premix coloring material is characterized in that, in a premix coloring material essentially consisting of a coloring material, a solid oil and a liquid oil, the melting point of the premix coloring material is 70 to 80°C (2) the premix coloring material described in the (1) is characterized in that the premix coloring material has a granular, pellet or planar shape and (3) the premix coloring material described in the (1) or (2) includes a coloring material in 20 to 45 mass%, carnauba wax of 3 to 5 mass%, candelilla wax or/and sunflower wax of 30 to 35 mass% as the solid oil, and diisostearyl malate as the liquid oil. Each premix coloring material has no spinnability, and operations of weighing, preparation work or the like can be swiftly performed.
