PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a hair dye that is excellent in hair dyeing power and fastness properties.SOLUTION: The method for producing the hair dye comprises the steps of: heating an oil-based material obtained by mixing 0.1 to 6.0 wt.% of a tertiary amine, 1.0 to 6.0 wt.% of an oil agent, 1.0 to 5.0% wt.% of a higher alcohol, and 0.3 to 2.0% wt.% of a polyglycerol oil, a dyeing material obtained by melting a basic dye and a direct dye in water, and an aqueous material obtained by melting 0.017 to 2 wt.% of a hydroxy acid, 0.3 to 3.0 wt.% of a butylene glycol, 0.3 to 1.5 wt.% of a preservative in 36.8 to 54.483 wt.% of water, at 78.0 to 82.0°C, respectively adding the aqueous material to the oil-based material and emulsifying and stirring the mixture and adding the dyeing material to the mixture and stirring and cooling the mixture.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】染毛力、堅牢性に優れる染毛料の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】第3級アミン0.1~6.0重量%、油剤1.0~6.0重量%、高級アルコール1.0~5.0重量%およびポリグリセリンオイル0.3~2.0重量%を混合して得られた油系素材と、塩基性染料および直接染料を水に溶融して得られた染色素材と、ヒドロキシ酸0.017~2重量%、ブチレングリコール0.3~3.0重量%、防腐剤0.3~1.5重量%を水36.8~54.483重量%に溶融して得られた水系素材とを、それぞれ78.0~82.0℃で加温し、前記油系素材に前記水系素材を添加して乳化撹拌した後、前記染色素材を添加して撹拌冷却する工程からなる製造方法。【選択図】なし
