PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ice excellent in cooling capacity, a manufacturing method therefor, a manufacturing method for an object to be cooled, and refrigerant, and also provide unseparated ice and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: This invention relates to liquid ice containing solute, which satisfies followings (a), (b). (a) A temperature at completion of melting is less than 0°C. (b) A change rate of solute concentration of solution generated from the ice in a melting step is within 30%. Refrigerant of this invention contains the ice.
