SOLUTION: An isolator 1 for an aseptic operation includes a decontamination gas supplying means 3 for supplying decontamination gas into a hermetically sealable operation chamber 2. A suction hose 5 having flexibility is disposed in the operation chamber and a terminal part 5a of the suction hose is communicated with an exhaust channel 11 of an external part of the operation chamber via an exhaust port 2a of the operation chamber. A circulation channel 13 for circulating gas in the operation chamber to the operation chamber is connected to the exhaust channel. A channel is switched by a channel switching means 14, a vacuum pump P1 is actuated, thereby, the gas in the operation chamber can be drawn out to the exhaust channel 11 via the suction hose 5 and, therefore, cleaning in the operation chamber can be performed during the aseptic operation. Further, when the decontaminating the operation chamber, decontamination gas in the operation chamber is circulated from the suction hose 5 to the operation chamber via the circulation channel 13 and, thereby, the suction hose and the filter can be decontaminated.EFFECT: Cleaning in an operation chamber can be performed by means of a suction hose 5 while keeping an aseptic state as it is upon an aseptic operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【解決手段】 無菌作業用アイソレータ1は、密閉可能な作業室2内に除染ガスを供給する除染ガス供給手段3を備えている。可撓性を有する吸引ホース5が作業室内に設けられおり、その末端部5aは作業室の排気口2aを介して作業室の外部の排気通路11に連通されている。上記排気通路に、作業室内の気体を作業室に循環させる循環通路13が接続されている。流路切換手段14により流路を切換えて真空ポンプP1を作動させることにより、作業室内の気体を吸引ホース5を介して排気通路11に引出すことができるので、無菌作業中に作業室内の清掃を行うことができる。また作業室を除染する際には、作業室内の除染ガスを吸引ホース5から循環通路13を介して作業室に循環させることにより、吸引ホースとフィルタとを除染することができる。【効果】 無菌作業時に、無菌状態を保ったまま吸引ホース5によって作業室内の清掃を行うことができる。【選択図】 図1
