PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dose management support system, a dose management support method and a dose management support program in which dose history can be managed only by taking in/out medicine as an ordinary medicine box.SOLUTION: A dose management support system 400 comprises: a medicine box 100 with a precision scale into which a user stores medicine； and a dose management server 200 which manages medicine information, preparation information and dose history information in a database in association with identification information on the user. The medicine box 100 with a precision scale comprises: a medicine storage part 10 which stores medicine； a lid opening/closing detecting part 11 which detects an opening/closing action of a lid； and a medicine mass measurement part 13 which measures mass of the medicine box with a precision scale. The dose management server 200 comprises a dose amount estimation part 21 which estimates a dose amount based on the mass of the medicine box 100 with a precision scale before/after the opening/closing action of the lid acquired from the medicine box 100 with a precision scale, preparation information, and medicine information including the mass information on medicine and a packing material.【課題】通常の薬箱として薬を出し入れするだけで服薬履歴管理ができる服薬管理支援システム、服薬管理支援方法及び服薬管理支援プログラム提供する。【解決手段】利用者が薬剤を収納する精密スケール付き薬箱１００と、薬剤情報、調剤情報及び服薬履歴情報を利用者の識別情報に対応付けてデータベースで管理する服薬管理サーバ２００とを備えた服薬管理支援システム４００であって、精密スケール付き薬箱１００は、薬剤を収納する薬格納部１０と、蓋の開閉動作を感知する蓋開閉感知部１１と、精密スケール付き薬箱の質量を測定する薬質量測定部１３とを備え、服薬管理サーバ２００は、精密スケール付き薬箱１００から取得した蓋の開閉動作の前後の精密スケール付き薬箱１００の質量と、調剤情報と、薬剤及び梱包材の質量情報を含む薬剤情報とに基づいて服薬量を推定する服薬量推定部２１を備える。【選択図】図１
