PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body cavity access device with a string-like member, the device that does not interfere with treatment instruments.SOLUTION: A body cavity access device 1 includes a retractor 5 disposed in a wound opening 4, a closure 7 having an insertion part 79 and hermetically closing the retractor 5, and a string-like member 8 with one end fixed to an inside annular member 51 for drawing the inside annular member 51 disposed in the body cavity side of the wound opening 5 to the outside of a body.
