The multimer according to claim 1, wherein the conjugate is insulin-non-peptidyl polymer obtained by binding non-peptidyl polymer with the A-chain amino terminus, the amino terminus of the B-chain or a lysine at position 29 of insulin B-chain by a covalent svyazi.3. The multimer according to claim 1, wherein the insulin is a naturally occurring insulin, insulin variant obtained by substitutions, additions, deletions, modifications, or combinations thereof in the amino acid sequences of natural insulin, insulin derivative or its fragment.4. The multimer according to claim 1, wherein a non-peptidyl polymer is selected from the group consisting of biodegradable polymers, lipid polymers, chitins, hyaluronic acid and their kombinatsiy.5. The multimer according to claim 4, wherein the biodegradable polymer is selected from the group consisting of polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, copolymer of ethylene glycol and propylene glycol, polyoxyethylated polyol, polyvinyl alcohol, polysaccharide, dextran, polyvinyl ethyl ether, polylactic acid and polylactic-glycolic kisloty.6. The multimer according to claim 5, wherein the biodegradable polymer is a polietilenglikol.7.
