The said catheter is composed of complex of elements which enable safe, fast, simple and hygienic use of catheter during day and night use. During the day use the bung (6) is placed in the catheter (1) and onto the bung a pipe (7) is attached which comprises connection (8) with element for daily outlet of urine (9). Both elements are connected through "half-turn" connection. During the night use the element for daily outlet of urine (9) is removed, the plug (10), which prevents entry of bacteria and bacilli into the urine bag (5) when not in use, is removed from the urine tube (4), and the urine tube (4) is connected directly with connecting element (11) onto the pipe (7).Imenovan odvod urina, zajema sklop elementov, kateri omogočajo varno, hitro, enostavno in higiensko uporabo odvoda urina iz katetra pri dnevni in nočni uporabi. Pri dnevni uporabi je v kateter (1) priključen zatič (6) in na njega priključena pipica (7) na kateri je sklop (8) in na njega nameščen element za dnevni izpust urina (9), oba sta spojena s spojem imenovanim - spoj s polovico zasuka. Ponoči se odstrani element za dnevni izpust (9) in odstrani iz urinske cevi (4) zamašek (10) kateri služi, kadar ni urinska vrečka (5) v funkciji, da zapira vhod v urinsko cev (4) in s tem preprečuje vhod bakterijam in bacilom, na kar se sklopi urinska cev (4) s priklopom (11) na pipico (7).
