PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work vehicle transfer system using radio communication in order to secure the use of a manned travel work vehicle with a high level of freedom for transportation of machines and commodities, movement for work and rest on an outward path and a homeward path, and the like, and secure the unmanned travel of an unmanned travel work vehicle.SOLUTION: An unmanned travel vehicle 20 travels on an onward path following a travel track L1 of a manned travel vehicle 10 from a first point P1 which is a base at the time of no work to a second point P2 which is a work object place, and stores the travel track L1a in storage means 21, and travels on a homeward path from the second point P2 to the first point P1 following the travel track L1a reversely.
