PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for improving intestinal environment and intestinal tract barrier in which the barrier function of a brittle intestinal tract or the damage of epithelial cells of the intestinal tract is improved, and antigen-antibody reaction by undigested protein is suppressed.SOLUTION: A composition for improving intestinal environment and intestinal tract barrier, which reduces intestinal environment and a barrier index, is formed by mixing: a component (A) composed of at least one of probiotics which are any one of lactic acid bacteria, bifidobacteria, saccharification bacteria, bacillus natto, and yeasts, or the mixture thereof, biogenics which produce bacteria such as lactic acid bacteria, and prebiotics composed of at least guar gum enzyme degradation product and a component (B) composed of at least one of L-glutamine, zincs, vitamin A, and vitamin D.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
