PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorber excellent in dispersion/absorption properties of moisture, having high water retention, and decreased in backward flow of moisture, and an absorbent article and an incontinence supply including the same.SOLUTION: An absorber is used for an absorbent article. The absorber is constituted of a nonwoven fabric of at least two layers. The nonwoven fabric includes 70 mass% or more of regenerated cellulose fibers, and is a hydroentangled nonwoven fabric where fibers are integrated through cross-connection. The absorber has a basis weight of over 100 g/m2 and 300 g/m2 or less, and a specific volume of 9.5-20 cm3/g.
